TRG is a New York-based, multi-concept restaurant management and consulting company with clients in the United States and Europe. The focus of TRG’s business is concept and facility development, operations management, systems implementation and integration and branding and marketing for food service operations. The TRG team is comprised of individuals with expertise in the fields of culinary arts, restaurant management, product development, design, marketing and finance. In addition, TRG has an extensive network of advisors and professionals from the restaurant, finance, design, media and entertainment industries.

TRG was created by restaurateur Håkan Swahn and chef Marcus Samuelsson as an extension of their prosperous working relationship at Aquavit, the highly acclaimed, 3-star award winning Manhattan restaurant. Aquavit, established in 1987, has defined haute Scandinavian cuisine on the New York restaurant scene and established itself as one of the most celebrated dining establishments in the U.S.

Since its launch in 2003, TRG has quickly grown into a company with a diverse portfolio of restaurant management and consulting projects.
